Where Performance Meets Integrity

Where Performance Meets Integrity

There is no shortage of wellness advice. What is in short supply is something that holds up under pressure.

Atomic Thrive was built from that gap.

We work with people who carry a lot. Founders, operators, professionals, parents. People who are capable, driven and often running at full capacity. They are not looking for more information. They are looking for what actually works when life is demanding, unpredictable and real.

Atomic Thrive brings together clinical insight, nervous system regulation and performance practice into one ecosystem. Supplements, movement, recovery, mindfulness and practical frameworks that can be applied immediately. No excess. No abstraction. Just what moves the needle.

This is not theory. It is built from years of working inside the system.

A combined perspective, earned in the field

We are Dane and Finola Renshaw. Partners in work, life and health.

Between us, we have founded Atomic Regs, Atomic Supply and Give Back Health, alongside other ventures across the health and wellness sector. Across these businesses, we have operated at every layer. From raw ingredient sourcing and regulatory frameworks through to brand, practitioner education and end-user outcomes.

We have seen what holds up and what doesn’t.

Atomic Thrive is where it all comes together.

Dane Renshaw

Dane is a naturopath and product-development specialist working at the intersection of herbal medicine, nutrient science and regulatory practice.

Trained at Southern Cross University under leading herbal scholars, he completed honours in phytochemistry and pharmacology before moving into senior roles in regulatory affairs and innovation. Over the past decade, he has guided the development of hundreds of products across Australia and internationally, with a focus on clinically validated dosing, ingredient integrity and formulation quality.

His vantage point spans the full supply chain. Growers, extractors, manufacturers, regulators, brands and clinicians. That perspective informs everything we do at Atomic Thrive.

Dane is also a Level 2 NatLife Coach, having trained under Tony Riddle, a leading human movement specialist known for his work in natural movement, breathwork and environmental exposure. This training deepened his approach beyond clinical practice, integrating mobility, breath and lifestyle as foundational pillars of health.

He has also completed training in psychedelic-assisted therapies with Mind Medicine Australia, supporting preparation and integration alongside clinical teams. His work is grounded in helping people build systems that support long-term health, not short-term fixes.

Finola Renshaw

Finola is a co-founder across multiple purpose-driven businesses in health and wellness, and a certified mindfulness meditation and restorative yoga teacher.

Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, contemplative practice and lived experience. She focuses on helping people stay grounded, clear and connected in environments that rarely allow for pause.

Her approach is shaped by years of meditation study and practice, including the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield through the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley, alongside further learning with other experienced teachers and clinicians. The training integrates traditional meditation practice with contemporary psychology and neuroscience, with an emphasis on careful pacing, psychological awareness and long-term practice rather than quick techniques. This continues to shape how she teaches today.

Finola has spent years building businesses, leading wellness initiatives and working directly with individuals navigating stress, ambition, parenting and the realities of modern life. Her approach is direct and practical, shaped by both training and experience.

She brings a strong editorial and strategic lens to Atomic Thrive, ensuring that what we offer is not only effective, but accessible and grounded in real life.

What this means in practice

Atomic Thrive is designed to support people who want to perform at a high level without burning out in the process.

We start with the fundamentals. What you put in your body. How you move. How you recover. How you regulate your nervous system. How you think and make decisions under pressure.

From there, we build systems that are sustainable.

The supplements we offer are not an afterthought. They are part of a broader framework, developed with the same level of scrutiny applied across our previous ventures. Clinically relevant, well-sourced and designed to support real outcomes.

Whole-self wellness

Everything is connected. When one area is addressed in isolation, it rarely holds. When it is integrated, it compounds.

You do not need more complexity. You need clarity, consistency and the right inputs.

Atomic Thrive exists to make that possible.

Take care of your body. Train your mind. Build systems that support you.

The edge is in your wellbeing.
